KKfootprint uses the information you provide through our enquiry, booking and chat forms to answer questions, prepare tour enquiries, maintain conversation history and follow up with you.

Information we collect

This may include your name, email address, Telegram username, travel preferences, requested dates, group information, pickup details and the messages you exchange with REX or our team.

Promotional messages

We send promotional offers only when you select the optional marketing choice. You can withdraw that choice at any time by telling us in Telegram, email or website chat. Withdrawing promotional consent does not prevent us from replying to an active enquiry or booking request.

How information is handled

We use service providers such as Cloudflare, n8n, Telegram and our email provider to operate the website and communications. We do not sell your personal information. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it to handle your enquiry.

Retention and security

Enquiry records should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or they are no longer needed. We use access controls and secured connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
